After more than two decades at FINRA, I have seen regulatory work from many angles. My career gave me the opportunity to work across regulatory operations, technology modernization, data, product management, workflow design, and enterprise transformation. I saw how complex regulatory processes can become, how much firms are asked to manage, and how important clear documentation, reliable evidence, and well-designed workflows are to effective compliance operations.

 

I also saw how hard the work can be for the people responsible for doing it. Compliance teams, operations teams, supervisors, executives, consultants, outsourced CCOs, legal counsel, and technology providers are often working toward the same goal, but they are doing so with fragmented tools, manual processes, unclear handoffs, and information spread across emails, spreadsheets, shared drives, systems, and individual knowledge.

 

That creates friction. It slows people down. It makes it harder to prove what was done, who did it, when it was completed, and where the supporting evidence lives. I founded this company because I believe compliance operations can be simpler, clearer, and easier to manage.

 

The goal is not to add complexity. The goal is to help teams see where work is fragmented, where ownership is unclear, where evidence is difficult to retrieve, and where processes can become more consistent and repeatable. I help firms and their partners improve the structure, visibility, and documentation behind compliance execution so teams can manage their work with greater clarity and confidence.

 

I bring a practical combination of regulatory process knowledge, enterprise technology experience, product discipline, and a customer-focused mindset. My work is grounded in a simple belief: compliance operations should be designed around the people who have to manage them every day.
